Pricing
Price transparency is highly valued here at Jacqueline Body Co, especially since we understand how difficult it can be corresponding with so many different retailers just to figure out their pricing. While each event is special and unique, we strive to keep our prices as consistent as possible. This ensures a solid customer-and-business relationship and pleasant experience for everyone involved.
There are several tiers of wholesale pricing, as follows:

EXAMPLES:
- You would like to give wax melt snap bars as part of your welcome gift baskets to your 15 troop families. Retail price of the snap bar is $4 each (retail deal 3/$10 is not applicable to wholesale/bulk). 4 x 0.1 (10% discount tier) = $0.40 off each bar bringing the total to $3.60 each. 3.6 x 15 = $54. Full retail price would otherwise be $60, so you are saving $6.
- You would like twenty 6-ounce candles for baby shower favors. Retail price of the candle is $10. 10 x 0.2 (20% discount tier) = $2 off per candle for a total price of $8 each. 8 x 20 = $160. Full retail price would otherwise be $200, so you are saving $40.
- You invite 100 guests to your wedding and would like to give a sachet of wax melts to each person as favors. Retail price of the sachet is $6. 6 x 0.5 (50% discount tier) = $3 off per sachet for a total price of $3 each. 3 x 100 = $300. Full retail price would otherwise be $600, so you are saving $300.
Wholesale / Bulk Terms
For special event ordering, wholesale, etc., please submit a wholesale / bulk form to begin the purchase process. The form can be found here. Please return filled form to jacquelinebodyco@gmail.com. We will create a unique invoice for you with the appropriate discounts. Our online retail shop will not reflect the discount at checkout. This will also give us time to prepare for your order.
We ask for as much notice as possible to generate ideas with you, order all materials, create the candles, and allow for the candles to cure. One month in advance is a preferred minimum as it allows us time to complete your order, but rush orders are accepted at an increased rate that will be determined based on the type of order.
The customer must understand candles that are not fully cured will not have as great of a hot throw (the fragrance you experience when the candle is burning) because the wax has not fully binded to the fragrance and wick. If you are going for aesthetic rather than functionality, cure time does not necessarily matter as much, but it is still important for the overall quality of the candle.
For all invoiced bulk orders, 50% of the total price (cost of goods, taxes, and shipping/delivery fee) is due upfront to order all necessary materials. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the need-by date. Orders will not be shipped or delivered until full payment is made. For rush orders, full price is due upfront.
You are always welcome to pay for the entire cost up front and products will be shipped at your discretion or as soon as they are fully cured, whichever you prefer.
Taxes
Retailers that are reselling our candles either with our label or private label are tax exempt as they are not the end-consumer.
Individuals who are purchasing products for personal use or gift giving will be responsible for all taxes. Tax is calculated based on the total price of goods and will vary on a case-by-case basis. Tax rates vary between states. For example, Nebraska's sales and use tax rate is 5.5% and can be liable for up to 2% additional local tax. If you are purchasing $300 worth of wedding favors in Nebraska, you can expect to pay an additional $22.50 or so in taxes.

Shipping, Local Delivery, Local Pickup
Jacqueline Body Co ships to all US states and APO/FPO boxes. We are working on expanding internationally. For international customers, please contact us at jacquelinebodyco@gmail.com.
Shipping is paid for by the customer, but we can generally get substantial discounted rates for bulk orders to help relieve that burden. Shipping will always carry insurance and orders are packed very well to ensure as best of an outcome as possible. See our Shipping Policy page for more details.
Local delivery is $1 per mile for up to 25 miles.
Local pickup is always free and encouraged.
